“Current processing time: 3-5 business days.
Most orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days. However, during sales, product launches, or holidays please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
United States Shipping!
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S orders $150 and over (excluding taxes).
Pre Orders
All pre orders should be ordered as an individual order. In stock products should not be added to your pre order unless you are willing to wait for the restock.
Please order separately.
United Kingdom Shipping!
We ship all UK orders from the United States.
Delivery time is approximately 6–10 business days after dispatch.
UK orders require a £65 minimum purchase due to international shipping costs.
Please note: VAT and customs import charges may be collected by Royal Mail or UK customs upon delivery. These charges are set by your local government and are not collected by Nail Vault Beauty.
Shipping Policy
This is where customers naturally look when they have a delivery issue.
Lost, Missing, or Delivered Packages
- Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Nail Vault Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for a refund.
- Customers should first check with neighbors, household members, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or leasing offices.
- If the package cannot be located, please contact us. Eligible orders may qualify for a one-time replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion.
Nail Vault is closed on weekends and major holidays.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and shipped out on the following Wednesday, sometimes sooner. We are working as fast as possible to get your orders out but please allow 3-5 business days for all online shopping.

UK Customs, VAT & Import Charges
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent from the United States and are considered an international import.
Your local carrier (typically Royal Mail) may require payment of VAT, customs duties, and/or a handling fee before delivery. These charges are set by the UK government and are not collected by Nail Vault Beauty.
Nail Vault Beauty has no control over these fees and they are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot reimburse or mark packages as gifts to avoid customs charges.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be eligible for free reshipment and any return shipping costs or carrier fees may be deducted from a refund.
